I never leave reviews for any businesses but this is one I simply couldn’t resist. This office as a whole stands out. Their receptionists, assistants and doctor are beyond amazing. The vibe of this office does not match any medical building I’ve ever been in. My most unforgettable experience however was with my hygienist. I’ve never had a dental experience like the one I had with my hygienist Elnaz. From the moment she walked into the room she brought this calm, warm energy that immediately made me feel safe and cared for. She’s not only incredibly beautiful and polished, but genuinely compassionate in a way that feels rare in healthcare. You can tell she truly sees her patients as human beings, not just another appointment on the schedule. Her technique is unbelievably gentle. I usually dread cleanings because my teeth and gums are sensitive, but somehow she made the entire experience comfortable and relaxing…I didn’t admit it to her but I actually fell asleeep a couple times. She constantly checked in, explained what she was doing, and adjusted based on my comfort level without ever making me feel embarrassed or rushed. What stood out most was how deeply knowledgeable and passionate she is. She took the time to explain how inflammation in the gums can affect my heart health and my overall wellness. No hygienist has ever educated me in such a thoughtful way. I left actually wanting to take better care of myself because of how she explained everything. One thing that really stuck with me happened at the very end of my appointment. Instead telling me to make sure I floss more, Elnaz took an extra 15 minutes to show me different techniques, recommended specific tools that would actually work for my teeth, and even demonstrated how to make it easier without hurting my gums. It sounds small, but no one had ever taken the time to personalize advice for me like that before. I felt genuinely cared for. That’s what makes Elnaz different from any other hygienist I’ve had. The combination of her intelligence, gentle touch, professionalism, beauty, and compassion is honestly unforgettable. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone I love.

This office has truly been THE best dental office I have ever gone to. Let me begin with the front office ladies. I wish I had gotten their names but they always greet with the warmest smiles and that automatically calms my dental office nerves. I had to have some more extensive dental work done and one in particular worked with me to find a very comfortable payment option and made sure I would be okay to handle it. It was very refreshing for any kind of medical office to have some compassion and care towards it patient. Second is the dental assistants. Ashely and Jose, again smiles, very warm and inviting and provided lots of comfort by engaging in my small talk and laughing with me through my dental nerves. They felt very relatable, didn’t make me feel bad at all about my poor dental health and gave me the confidence boost I needed when I wasn’t feeling the best about my teeth. Again, I wish I would have gotten all the other names because there was another assistant that a couple days after a procedure I took my daughter in and she asked me how I was feeling and made sure that there were no complications with my surgery which was so sweet and caring considering I wasn’t there for myself. Third is the hygienist Souvena Chanthachone, RDH. I can’t say this enough, but again made me so comfortable by engaging in my conversation. She made sure I experienced no pain, gave clear instruction and made sure my teeth were clean and pretty. I have had bad experiences with cleanings, but Vena made it so painless. She has such a kind heart and is a very honest and compassionate human. She definitely has made me feel more confident with my smile. And last but certainly not least is Dr. Han. Truly a magical dentist and because of her and her staff I am not afraid the go to the dentist anymore. With all the work I had done she always assured I was comfortable, cared for properly, had everything I could have possibly needed to feel secure not only with my dental care but with my dental health. She’s so gentle and cares Deeply about all her patients which makes for such an amazing human and dentist. I asked many questions and she answered them all with a big smile, never once making me feel rushed or like just another number. I feel very lucky to have found her and very happy with all the care I have received. With all that, I do want to mention my last experience, and if this doesn’t help the understanding of how compassionate and caring the office is then i don’t know what will! This morning I had a horrible occipital migraine and was thinking of canceling but I decided to push forward and get it done. With that I went into the office and informed them of my migraine and in response they made me as comfortable as I could possibly be. They turned the lights off in the room, offered me the dark glasses, water and continued to ask me throughout the visit how I was feeling and if I was okay. All of those check ins and little touches to assure my comfort really makes this office top tier. If you are looking for caring people who provide the best work then this is definitely the office you want to be at!
